CARTOON!!!!

I'm trying out painting in Photoshop. Thought I'd start out with drawing cartoons, just to get the hang of it. :) Anyone got tips?

Character Designs!

These are character designs for my art 115 film. It's a 30 second short about karma, and the importance of common courtesy. I'm animating water for it at the moment. Anybody know some good principles for effects animation? It's twisting my brain into knots. Teehee! :P
