Amelia Earhart

Amelia Earhart was the first woman to recieve the US Distinguished Flying Cross. She was also the first 'aviatrix' to fly across the Atlantic Ocean...solo! She was also an early supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment, in addition to being a member of the National Woman's Party. I wanted to do a quick sketch of her today in front of her plane. What a Lady.

Nic Rudy introduced me to a cool exercise for storyboard. You look up a random-ish picture online, and create a storyboard around it--adding 5 panels to the original image.
